"See bro I found this weird remote thing, it was in a box on my floor when I woke up this morning." Melody said.
"Huh thats weird, let me see that." Alex said as Melody handed him the remote. Could it be a gift from their mom? Then he saw the weird buttons on it, what kind of remote was this?
"Here Alex give it to me, I want to try it on an object to see if it works." Melody changed the dial to 1 and aimed it at her bookshelf, and pressed shrink. A bright white beam shot out of the remote, and before their very eyes, the bookshelf shrank to about 3/4ths of its original size.
"Did you see that?!" Melody said, gasping as her and Alex ran over to examine the bookshelf.
"Wow that was amazing!" Alex said. Eventually they decided they had to try the remote more, they might as well have some fun with it.
"Well Melody, its your remote, you can decide what to do with it."
