This choice: Overeating/Laziness/food • Go Back...Chapter #5It begins! The 5 Year Quest! by: Zaru   "Hmmmm..." Erza pondered as she was looking at the S-Class job board. After winning the Magic Games and stopping the Dragon Invasion, jobs have been coming in like crazy thanks to Fairy Tail's rebounding popularity. In addition, getting the guild hall back and in original shape, no, actually better shape. The main hall is bigger, as is the upstairs. Lots of things are bigger now. And it's December too.
The redhead's eyes scrolled over the board for S-Class jobs. She wanted a challenge, something interesting and something worthwhile.
Then she spotted it, underneath a 'Find the Diamond Devil' flyer. She reached in a pulled out the pamphlet. It read:
HELP NEEDED! 100 YEAR FESTIVAL ABOUT TO BEGIN!
The 100 year festival is a festival that goes on for a year that occurs only once a century. In the town of Hazom in northern Caelum, the festival is to put on a celebration over the course of 5 years. It is a lovely tradition held by our people.
However, due to the festival's activities, it attracts various beasts to the town, and to be sure, the town has built walls around the perimeter in order to keep out monsters. However, our mayor needs actual help from a Guild with strong members who can help defend our town over the course of 5 years. Payment will be 30,000,000 Jewels per mage once a year to whoever helps defend our town over the course of these 5 years. Room, boarding, and utilities will be provided for free, and food and other wares, such as clothes bought within the village will be given to you for 50%. You will be given the 10 million Jewels at the end of the year.
Please come by December 25th. The 100 year Festival begins on January 1st, X792
Erza pondered...this job is clearly one for the long haul, and one that is quite profitable indeed. Thirty million a year! And free room and boarding along with the products bought inside the village fifty percent off. Quite the deal.
However, this was a SS-Class job, mainly due to it's length of time. And who knows what monsters lay down in the southern nation of Caelum?
If Gildarts were to become as strong as Makarov due to taking these jobs. So can she. But...who to take along with her? Natsu, Gray, Wendy, and Gajeel were called away to meet this Warrod Cken person, so that leaves...
Erza smiled. "I got it!"
She will invite Lucy! Along with...  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
