Here's an idea inspired by a Black widow story I read on deviantart
Laura is contacted by Nick Fury, they've discovered a lead on a major terrorist, the first problem is that the only window where they could get to him is when he goes to his favorite strip club/ brothel.
Now ordinarily this wouldn't be an issue, quite a few of his agents are capable of doing such an undercover job, however the next problem is the market the establishment caters to, fans of the heavily overweight. Worse still; the time-frame is too tight, even if any of his agents were willing to sacrifice their bodies like this, even temporarily, there would not be time, even with chemical or surgical aid, for any of them to get to the required weight.
That's where Laura comes in.
Much like her 'father' was chosen for weapon X because his healing factor means he could survive the adamantium injection, Laura has been chosen to take this mission because her healing factor means that S.H.I.E.L.D can pump the required fat directly into Laura's body without her popping like an overstuffed sausage. Once she's finished her mission she can then undergo liposuction surgery to restore her to her original skinny self.
But will it go that simply? Or will something go wrong, could she be unmasked and captured by her target resulting in the already inflated mutant being fattened further? Could her healing factor, which got her picked for this mission, in some way malfunction, trapping her in her new body? Or could occupying the role of a fat woman 'infect' Laura's mind, meaning she doesn't even want to change back?
