Tom had blacked out for some time, when he came to he felt very strange.
He looked around. Everything was pretty dark then he realized he was submerged in and surrounded by strange liquid yet could still somehow breathe.
Tom then realized something was attached to him and his clothes were gone.
His clothes weren't the only thing gone either. Looking down he realized he had now become a she the only things of Tom that remain were his personality and memories.
"Oh no that wish, don't tell me it did what I think it did"
Meanwhile to the outside world Tom's family had feared the worst.
"It's been just over a month so I have to ask have you kids eaten and then made a wish with the strange candy I found in your rooms" asked Nate.
"No we never ate them" came the reply in unison.
"C-can I be excused now" asked Sara
Her parents said yes and she went to the bathroom where she proceeded to vomit.
"Ugg why is this happening I've been feeling sick for a few days now! On top of that this puberty thing has been quite different than mom and the doctors have said. My boobs feel sensitive dispite being small, my period is overdue , I've grown a few inches more than I or the doctor expected , I've been hungrier than usual and having strange cravings"
Sara walked to her room.
She took out a piece of candy.
"Can these really grant wishes"
She ate it.
"If these can grant wishes I wish I knew what happened to Tom, where he is and what's going on with me"
There was a glow from within Sara's body.
Tom could see a light and he now she could swear she saw Sara.
Suddenly Sara's eyes shot open as knowledge entered her mind.
"Oh my god Tom, Me?! The candy they do grant wishes"
She snapped off her shirt.
Her hands went to her tummy.
Suddenly Sara could hear a voice in her mind.
"S-Sara is that you"
Tom could hear a voice in his back.
"Oh god Tom it really is you"
"Huh Sara I-I can hear you but I can't see you! How? Where are you"
"I-I'm not sure how to tell you this Tom but those candies work they do grant wishes"
"That still doesn't explain how I can hear you"
"Well your wish was to become closer to me and mine was to know what happened to you as well as what's happening to me"
"Wait what's wrong did something happen to you Sara"
"I'm alive but when our parents find out they're gonna flip. You see apparently my wish had 2 parts... It somehow linked us telepathically but it also gave me knowledge."
"Okay go on then"
"You see Tom I don't know how to put this but apparently your wish made me pregnant with you and you're going to become my daughter instead of my brother. Guess the candy took the making us closer part to the ultimate extreme"
"Oh god I was hoping this was all a nightmare"
"Don't worry Tom I may not like the idea of motherhood this young but I guess I have to protect you. Looks like we've both got it rough but at least you kept your memories and personality"
"That's not much of a consolation mom"
"Don't sass your big sis or your mother young lady! Besides I'm the 1 that has to carry you for 9 months maybe less since I can tell you're oddly far along and this is some mystical magical voodoo pregnancy and I also have to face mom, school, friends, dad, the family and I guess I gotta quit sports lest I harm my new daughter"
"Must you call me that?"
"I'm afraid we both might have to get used to it. Dad said something about a time limit to reverse these wishes. On the upside the telepathy thing is kinda cool and potentially useful"
