It made a few waves in court that you had promoted a fresh out of the Academy cadent to the rank of Fleet Commander but you were the undisputed ruler of humanity so outside a bit of court gossip and one or two ship captains registered their concern it would soon be forgotten.

The move though had emboldened Lady Rachel. She was becoming very forward. But how?
