It was currently a quiet and peaceful for the Digidestined as they walked through the Digital World. To their relief, they hadn't been attacked lately, and nothing too bad had happened to them. As they did, they all suddenly heard a beeping noise coming from their Digivices.
"Woah, whats going on?" Tai questioned as he and the others all reached for their Digivices to see why they were suddenly acting like they were.
"I don't know." Sora replied.
As they all checked their Digivices, they saw some flashing lights on their screen that represented them, and another one that appeared to be a distance away from them. "It looks like their showing us something is nearby." Izzy said.
"But the question is, what?" Matt said.
"Should we check it out?" T.K. asked.
"I don't know. It might be too dangerous. I say we should ignore it." Joe said.
"You think everything is too dangerous, Joe." Gomamon said.
"If our Digivices are telling us where something is, that probably means we should check it out." Tai said.
"Or maybe its telling us we should avoid it." Matt said.
"Maybe we should check it out." Izzy said. "Whether its dangerous or not, right now we have no way of knowing what the case is here."
"And you don't have to worry about any danger with us here." Agumon said.
"So then its decided." Tai said. And with that, they all made their way to the location that was being shown to them by their Digivices. When they did, they found themselves in a clearing.
"This is the place, but I don't see anything out of the ordinary." Sora said.
"We should probably check around then." Tentomon said. "Maybe we'll find something if we look."
And at his suggestion, the group all spread out to look for anything that might catch their eye as what might have alerted their Digivices. After a while, Tai and Agumon noticed something on the ground, and saw a strange object that looked like crest with a question mark on it.
"Hey, come check this out." Tai said as he called everyone else, and they gathered around him.
"What is it?" Kari wondered.
"It looks like a crest." T.K. said.
"Is that a Crest? Like the ones we have?" Mimi questioned.
"Looks like it." Joe said. "But why is it here? I mean, I don't think theres any more Digidestined, right?"
Tai then reached down to pick it up to get a better look at it. As the group took a closer look at it, it suddenly began to glow brightly, and emitted a bright flash of light that engulfed them all.
