It was a peaceful day in the Digital World, and the Digidestined, Davis, Yolei, Cody, T.K., Kari, Ken, and their Digimon partners were currently on patrol today, on the look out for any trouble. As they did, they all suddenly heard a beeping noise coming from their D-3s.
"Woah, whats going on?" Davis questioned as he and the others all reached for their D-3s to see why they were suddenly acting like they were.
"I don't know." Yolei replied.
As they all checked their D-3s, they saw some flashing lights on their screen that represented them, and another one that appeared to be a distance away from them. "It looks like their showing us something is nearby." Ken said.
"But the question is, what?" T.K. said.
"Should we check it out?" Cody asked.
"If our Digivices are telling us where something is, that probably means of course we should check it out." Davis said.
"Or maybe its telling us we should avoid it." T.K. said.
"Maybe we should check it out." Kari said. "Whether its dangerous or not, right now we have no way of knowing what the case is here."
"And you don't have to worry about anything with us here." Veemon said.
"So then its decided." Davis said. And with that, they all made their way to the location that was being shown to them by their D-3s. When they did, they found themselves in a clearing, and in the center, they saw a strange Digi-Egg in the center of .
"A Digi-Egg?" Gatomon said.
"But I thought all your old crests were accounted for." Yolei said.
"And yet, here it is." Hawkmon said.
"But what is it doing here?" Patamon said.
Walking over to it, they look it over. It was black and white, with a symbol that looked like a question mark in the center of it.
"Should we take it?" Cody asked.
"I don't know." T.K. said. "I'm not sure why, but I've got a bad feeling about this."
"Well, I say we should." Davis said. "I mean, it wouldn't be the first Digi-Egg we found that wasn't for one of your old crests."
"Well, I guess we could try and take it, and have Izzy take a look at it." Kari said.
"That does sound like a good idea." Cody said. "And I guess we shouldn't just leave it here."
"I guess that settles it." Yolei said. "So, who wants to do the honors?"
"I guess I'll try first." Davis said as he then reached down to pick it up, and lifted it up without any trouble. "See? Nothing to it." he said as he held it out for everyone to see as they all gathered around it. As the group took a closer look at it, it suddenly began to glow brightly, and emitted a bright flash of light that engulfed them all.
Now, what will happen to them?
