Andy smiles as he takes his smoothie from the doctor, grabbing a nearby straw to pop into the plastic top and beginning to drown it down. The doctor could already tell the boy liked the smoothie taking a moment to smack his lips a bit before continuing onward and that wasn't the only thing the doctor noticed. Faintly he noticed the boy's body was filling out his shirt and shorts with muscle. the gap in his sleeves filling out with a slowly growing bicep and slightly broader shoulders. His shorts fill out as his thigh inches just a bit wider filling them out and a bit of a gap where his shirt would have covered his stomach now revealed. The boy looked well just fit compared to the thin bodied boy he was when he walked in. The doctor almost struggled to hold in his maniacal laughter watching the boy swell out just a bit more. Slight pec's forming under his shirt just enough to be noticeable now before his abs start to come in as well. Even below that the doctor noticed a special little bonus with the young boys bulge swelling forward making a slight indent in his shorts and a nice muscular butt filling out from the back.
The boy finishes his drink and gives the mad doctor a smile. "Thank you sir..that tasted great" the boy says unaware of his growth.The doctor smiles back both in joy of his success and excitement with how it continues. "and that's not all, why not try our extra special snacks, free trials" the doctor says with a smile handing him a plate of crackers and cookies. The boys eyes go wide but he shuffling a bit nervously, a bit unbecoming of a boy who is still growing so buff before him. His growing muscles making it look more like he was trying to flex rather than huddle in. But nonetheless this was all a ploy to keep the boy here to watch him grow some more and growing he was. So eager little Andy was to getting the cookies he didn't notice how much bigger his biceps gotten as the material of his shirt strained to contain them in.
The boy to his delight begins to munch down on the sweet treats, " i cant tell you how much this makes my day mister...i feel so good" Andy says with a smile unaware of his pec's pushing out of his shirt even more, his newfound 4 abs growing tightly packed on his stomach as he munches down that can be seen as his shirt rides up so high. Shoulders broadening just a bit more as his body shifts and grows along with his biceps now like golf balls on his nubile form. his thighs get that just more wider straining the already tightened material. The doctor can see the material beginning to split and flair out as hints of more skin appear underneath and his blue underwear too. His own bulge swelling out even further being quite noticeable by now on his 4 foot frame. the doctor having the perfect angle to look down to see how much the boys grown so far and he looks like a little athletic gymnast of a high pedigree. something unbecoming of such a small small boy or...what was a small small boy.
Andy lets out a satisfied sigh as he rubs his belly feeling his now 6 pack since he's just getting started. the blond boy seemed to be patting out burp which soon after . "UUuurp...excuse me..." Andy says with a blush before staring at the doctor with a shy sheepish smile. "Ahh what is it child?" the doctor said to him wondering what could be on the boys mind.
