It was a bright crisp midday as a turquoise bus rolled its way up a long winding road towards the top of a hill, it’s brakes emitted a low hiss as it stopped at the second pair of entrance gates and it opened its cargo of wide eyed students.
Almost all wide-eyed anyway. Standing almost a head taller than the younger girls, Cassie Hart landed with a heavy thud, her well-worn athletic shoes hitting the tarmac as the heavily tanned girl brushed herself off from her leap and surveyed her surroundings.
“So this is Buttercombe huh? What, Lord of the Rings rents its set pieces now?” Cassie muttered to nobody in particular as she stared up at the castle-like buildings high walls and winding towers. Cassie was a transfer student, meaning she had lost a year while she had been bargained over like a piece of meat by her old placement. She was an athlete, and a good one, so good in fact, that representatives from Buttercombe had spied her as she was already making headlines at her old school for her athletic performance. Spied and *persuaded* her old Headmaster to part with her, under the pretense that Cassie would be closer to home at Buttercombe, should she ever feel homesick.
Cassie hadn’t believed that bullshit for a second, she was good, and she knew it. Javelin, long jump, 100 meter dash you name it Cassie could perfect it, for die trying.
Brushing her short, rough blonde hair out of her face, Cassie walked over to the back of the bus to retrieve her suitcase. She smiled a little as she watched the much weedier girls struggle to lift their cases before wheeling them away. Cassie got her turn, this would be a show, and with one arm she hefted the dark blue case with barely a grunt escaped her lips as she shouldered it. It wasn’t really that heavy; Cassie had packed light, just sportswear, all short clothes that showed off her muscled physique. She was not a look-obsessed preppy airhead like some of the schools new attendees, but she liked to show off the results of her training whenever she could.
Striding forward with her chest out and her head held high, Cassie entered the iron-wrought gates and traveled up the long garden path towards the building.
Spying another struggling student this one about her age, Cassie turned to get a good look at this girl, she was huge! This fattened sow, all dressed in frilly and fluffy pink articles of clothing was huffing and puffing as she dragged a tackily decorated, violently pink case of her own. The toned girl’s face contorted as she outpaced the other girl. God her fatty backside was even rippling as she tugged and strained pulling her luggage. Blech!
Cassie tried to put the sight to the back of her mind as she stepped up to the doors to the actual building, pushing one aside with a mighty creak from its hinges she entered Buttercombe Academy for girls.
Of the many things she had expected from Buttercombe, waiting in a queue for an hour to get the keys to her room was not one of them. Taking a few free minutes for herself, Cassie’s eyes wandered around the impressive hall, its lavish roof seemed to be miles above her head and that chandelier, wow!
“Hello? Excuse me, you, with the blue case, it’s your turn”
“Oh sorry” Cassie started as she threw herself out of her trance. Removing the papers from her knapsack, she presented them to the....cow!? “Ugh, another fatty?” Cassie thought to herself as she gazed at the receptionist, this woman had possibly the fattest face she had ever seen, her piggish eyes were squeezed tight by massive cheeks and her chin was a single slab of fat that rolled onto her chest. Gingerly, Cassie help the papers out as a carefully manicured, but frightfully obese hand took them.
“Ah, Cassie Hart, you’re the transfer then? I thought you looked too tall for a freshman” the woman behind the counter beamed. Trying to keep her interactions with this blob of a woman as brief as possible, Cassie quickly nodded. “Well, here is your keycard, you are room number B-034, it is written on it if you forget it. I hope you have a wonderful time here!” the obese woman finished, giving Cassie another beaming smile from within her fat face.
“Yeah, yeah, sure. Gonna be a riot” Cassie muttered again as she shouldered her case and marched towards the winding main staircase.
Cassie could not help noticing how many winded and out of breath girls she spotted as she made her way to her room. All of them in various stages of obesity; going from pot bellied, chubby, downright fat, outright obese. It did make Cassie wonder if the school had brought her in, not to bolster the schools athletics team, but to actually bring it into existence.
Finally reaching her new home away from home, the muscled sophomore slipped her keycard out of her back pocket. Only to stop as she heard some strange noises coming from within, it sounded like grunts and squeals. Oh no, not one of those fabled prep schools pranks she had heard about before she left her old school. Sighing to herself, Cassie beeped her card across the sensor as she braced herself to deal with a panicked barn animal.
But instead she saw no animal, barnyard or otherwise, the place was tidy and prim, no sign that anyone or thing had broken in. Scanning the room, Cassie saw the back of a large and lavish couch, and seated upon it was a girl who put Cassie’s previous experiences of obesity that day to shame.
From what she could see of the seat, an absolute mountain of a girl was sitting on it, scoffing away at what had to be a whole fridge’s worth of food. Grunts and pleasured squeals escaped the student as she repeatedly grabbed from the pile, both her hands alternately feeding her fat face.
Cassie coughed, loudly. This got the glutton's attention as she turned to face the girl who had just interrupted her meal.
