All of the sudden, your sister walks in and says, "Mom where's Tom? And why is your belly so big?"
Your mom then says, "Well honey, your brother is, well in my belly."
"You ate him?" Tina asks shocked.
"No, no, not like that. Do you want to know where babies come from?" your mom asks.
Your sister nods and your mom lays on her back and points to where you entered. "That's how your brother got back inside me. He is in what we call my womb. Do you want to join him?" She asks once more.
Tina nods excitedly and soon your mother has her do the same thing you did before you you feel her entering the womb. Soon she is in the womb with you and says, "Hi Tom."
"Hi Tina," you reply.
"Are you two comfortable in there?" your mom asks.
"Yes mom," you both reply.
Your mom starts to walk as she rubs her belly with you two inside, and you and your sister feel a rocking sensation that makes you both drowsy and fall asleep. When you wake up......
