"I...I don't believe this..." the doctor stammered, going pale.
Miria looked equally shocked to wake up to an impossibly large belly. She gaped at the size and at first, didn't want to believe it was hers.
It was though...
"What the hell happened?!" Miria exclaimed, growing red.
"I...It appears that your baby has...grown into a sixteen year old," the doctor explained, wide-eyed, still baffled at the impossibility of it.
"W-what?!" the woman all but screamed, staring at the doctor in horror. Suddenly, her breathing became heavier. Her skin started to go white. It was to be expected that Miria would pass out.
The doctor snapped out of his shock as he noticed Miria going into full panic. She quickly turned to the nurses who were watching in disbelief.
"What the hell are you doing?! Get this lady morphine and a blanket stat!" he yelled. The nurses jumped and fumbled, but did as they were ordered. The doctor moved around the large belly and grabbed Miria's hand in comfort.
"Miss, take slow deep breaths. We'll get to the bottom of this and find what went wrong," the doctor attempted to reassure.
Unfortunately for him, it was far too late for reassurance. She gritted her teeth and snapped at him, causing him to fall back a little from the reasonable anger of his patient.
"What went wrong!? What went wrong?! I have a guy who's the same age as me in my fuckin' womb!!" she screamed.
