Zamboni has some ideas in mind but he wants to know what other people thinking about this family. He remembers his assistant has some interest in this family. Zamboni uses the intercom to contact Jeanne about the family.

"Hey Jeanne, if you finish there, can you come here, please. there is something I want to discuss." After a while, Jeanne come.

"Hello, Doc. need something?"
"Just as you see here, we have people to "help". I know you have some interest in this family. do you have any suggestions?"
Jeanne thinks for a bit. "how about..."
