She found something she liked

Chloe was at a loss. She had been in the store for over half an hour now, and had reached the conclusion there was nothing here that would suit her. It was getting dark outside, and the store was bound to close soon. She had no choice but to go out and face the weather. She walked passed a rack holding all sorts of rain wear. Unfortunately, all of them were children's sizes.
