Harry decided it was time for Draco to feel what it was like to be an under-dog, and not come from a powerful family. As he considered best how to change the Slytherin, he knew that Draco would be an under-dog. She'd be an under-bitch.
Draco Malfoy, when he's next alone in the toilets will transform from a boy into a girl.
He smiled as he continued, She will be unable to say her previous name and identity, and only she'll .... and I .... will be aware there ever was a student named Draco Malfoy.
Harry chuckled to himself, as he thought about how Draco's pomposity and attitude would not serve him well, when he was just another wizard ... or witch ....
He then decided to get more detailed.
The new Draco would be called 'Pansy.... yes, Pansy Peppermint', and she'd be a Hufflepuff. Harry always felt that that would be the best place for such a -well- an average witch.
He made sure that she'd be insecure about her appearance, too. A girl who developed rather well and early, and now is very attractive, but nervous and submissive. Harry let Draco keep his platinum blond locks, although they would gain an extra foot or two in length.
He took out the Marauder's Map, 'I solemnly swear I am up to no good.', and scoured the map even as the ink darkened. He spotted Malfoy's footsteps on the map and raced off to find him and follow him.
Even as he darted along the corridors and passageways, he thought of other ways he could settle his score with Pansy, perhaps make her the shortest girl in her year, or .....
