Seems to be two very extreme options here let's open things up slightly

Luna could decide that she only wants to have Harry's baby, as the previous chapter suggests

Or perhaps she decides to keep trying and win Harry's affections; sure he's in love with Ginny right now, but she's not interested and Luna could win him over with more time to try.

Or maybe Luna decides to do something else.
