Take the sheets and your pants to the washer do...

You removed the sheets from the bed. You then carried them down o the washing machine. Once downstairs, you got to the washing machine quickly. You threw the sheets into the washing machine, after you made sure it was empty.

When it was certain that it was empty, you tossed the sheets in. Then you undressed in the laundry room. When all your clothes were off, you put them in the washing machine. Then you turned it on, and started it.
