During the training days for the Hunger Games, Cato had been eyeing and judging everyone on who to kill. After spying on everyone vigorously, he decided to target Katniss, the girl on fire. The first thing he learned from his district is to intimidate and bully the opponent before the games with your strength and other things. And besides, Cato was also jealous of Katniss getting all the attention.
After training was done, the tributes had personal time for 10 hours to explore the hotel and it's surroundings. Cato followed Katniss in the hallways while she was walking alone. Then, he pounced on Katniss and pinned her to the ground. Cato suddenly felt gassy somehow, and decided his torture. So he quickly blindfolded and gagged Katniss and dragged her to..
