It took him a long while to finally do his business. Things didn't seem to flow very well that morning. He felt a bit constipated.

When he finally got out as much as he could, he winced as he pulled up his underwear and pulled himself up to his feet. He headed down to the kitchen, very slowly by his reckoning.
