With a time skip

The room that stored your heads was locked tight and it was hard to get anyone's attention from the outside. The heads in the freezer were feeling too cold, but somehow adapted to the cold. As for you and Mikki, you two kept your relationship still to the point where the heads around you gave you and Mikki an unofficial wedding along with other heads in a similar situation. Not that it really matters.

But one day, the door opens as someone appears to have come to free you. Who knows how long have you been stuck there?

"Someone from the outside!" said a head.

"We're saved," said another.

"Oh thank god!" said another head.

And this savior came and said, "I'm glad to find some heads here."
