Jessica thought for a second about keep ordering Kate, but the excitement of it quickly went away when she could still sense Kate's reticence to use Jessica as her flip flops, and with her power she could also see how uncomfortable her former friend was. So she just willed the problem away and extended her control towards Kate's body too, smiling in Kate's face at the extent of her power. Thanks to her omnipotence she could fulfill her fetish in the most illogical of ways, both using herself as a pair of flip flops and feeling the experience of being used by Kate's feet.
Kate felt like her consciousness was trapped on a huge ship as she could only watch her body behaving completely against her will, and completely unlike her. Her eyes looked down and her mouth let out an audible moan at the sight of the toes wiggling against the flip flop material, with both feet moving in such a way they wanted to just explore absolutely everything about the flip flops. It disgusted her deeply to see her body being used as a mere tool, but there was nothing she could do about it and Jessica no longer cared about how she felt, lost in the sensations she was experiencing being Kate's flip flops.
On Kate's body Jessica kept trying "herself" in all sorts of ways, scraping the material with the toenails, walking around at different speeds and with different weight on her steps which she found a bit dizzying but always exhilarating, and noting with delight how from her little activity she could feel the soles of Kate's feet becoming warmer and delicious salty drops starting to appear for her new body to absorb them. Sure, with her powers she could have just willed Kate to be super sweaty but sometimes the trip mattered more than the destination and watching from the flip flop perspective those drops appear felt absolutely amazing. The best part was how any irritating or uncomfortable feelings could easily be erased and she would only get the good parts, the warmth, the smell, the taste.
But the degree of control also made Jessica doubt about if she was getting the full experience, so soon Kate's body stopped while the omnipotent girl wondered what to do next. She could try again rewiring Kate's personality in a less forced way, or she could just go somewhere else because there were plenty of women out there with amazing feet to worship. Kate's body shook its head, of course the omnipotent being was undecided because she was spoilt for choice
