Here's an idea, how about a large slumber party with kids of various ages involved? Their parents are all friends and are helping them get together. The party is generally divided among the younger kids, who all need diapers, and the older kids, who, while the grown-ups are talking and watching TV downstairs, look after the younger ones.
Shanna- Potential main character. 5 years old, dark tan skin, brown hair, loves pink stuff. Looks up to the big kids and is good friends with Celine, who's like an older sister to her. Wets the bed, and sometimes messes the bed too, so she has to wear diapers or goodnights at night. Often sleeps in just her diaper, and doesn't care if the other kids see her like this.
Kelsey- Potential main character. 5 years old, pale skin, blonde long hair. Has both daytime and nighttime accidents and needs diapers. Unlike Shanna, she's somewhat ashamed of them and always sleeps in footie pajamas or long nighties to try and hide them. Loves toys and games of all kind. Has a twin brother named Clemens who also needs diapers but doesn't care.

Clemens- Kelsey's twin brother. 5 years old, short blonde hair, pale skin. Typically sleeps in his diaper and a T-shirt, doesn't care if people see it, unlike Kelsey. Friendly sibling rivalry with Kelsey, argues a lot with her, but it's all in good fun.
Celine- 13 yeas old. Shanna's hero, she's a tall athletic girl just starting puberty. Cool, calm, and very friendly and approachable. Shanna's Mom and her Mom are best friends. Celine doesn't mind looking after the little kids and actually enjoys it. Hair is naturally brown but her mom let her dye it blonde. Typically sleeps in comfy pajama pants and a T-shirt.
Andy- 12 years old, Celine's younger brother. Tall and skinny, but not quite as tall as Celine. He is supposed to look after the little kids but isn't actually very responsible or reliable. Dark brown hair. Kelsey and Shanna both think he's really cool and like him, although Andy thinks they're a little disturbing and smelly.
