Coming to his senses, Naruto looks around to see that he is in the compound of an extremely high end brothel. 'Dammit ero-sennin, where the hell am I? Only you would take me to a brothel.' Naruto thinks to himself.
Standing up and dusting himself off, Naruto looks around and sees a beautiful geisha approaching him.

"You are currently in Lord Jaraiya's latest work, Geisha's First Day, he gave your sensei a prerelease copy that was booby-trapped to seal you inside of it and you would take the place of the main character. You will only be released once your sensei finishes reading." the geisha says, still in monotone. "I feel like i should also add that an hour in the real world is a year in here. Now follow me. Time will not begin until we reach your new quarters."
"So you are saying that, unless i feel like standing here for eternity i have to follow you?" Naruto asks, a sense of unease forming in his gut.
"Correct, come along." the unnamed geisha says prompting Naruto to follow her.
"So, if the title of this book is Geisha's First Day, do I just need to help a Geisha settle in?" Naruto asks as he steps into a room filled with medical looking equipment and a massive vanity table, completely covered in makeup products. As Naruto shuts the sliding door behind him, Naruto is unprepared for the chloroform cloth to cover his mouth and nose, knocking him out. With Naruto now unconscious, the geisha begins injecting Naruto with multiple syringes filled with different colored liquids.
As Naruto begins to wake up, he instantly knows that something is definitely wrong with his body. Looking around Naruto sees the same geisha just staring at him, almost waiting for something. Pushing himself upright on the table he finds himself laying on, a sheet that was covering him falls off revealing______________
