Though you weren't keen on the idea you wanted to make Tanya happy so you said yes.
Tanya's smile lit up her face. "Oh I'm so glad, I've been looking forward to this for a long time. Go ahead and strip baby."
You remove your clothing until you are completely nude. You are good looking. You could lose a few pounds but you have some amazing curves and your face has always been described as angelic. Tanya keeps her own clothes on and motions for you to follow her into the basement.
Once in the basement you see she has procured several bondage items. First she puts a collar around your neck. You shiver at the touch of your lover. Maybe this wasn't going to be so bad. She softly kisses your lips after attaching the collar, "You have no idea how long I've wanted this Samantha - you're going to make me the happiest girl alive."
You let out a moan of desire and try to kiss her more but she backs away, "Not yet my love."
She brings out a pair of restraints. They are like cuffs except they provide a lot more slack, however they have two large rounded ends that go over your hands like gloves. The leather covers your hands and bunches them into a fist. Basically you can move your arms but you can not grab anything and your hands can not be spread more than a foot apart.
Tanya than pushes you to your knees. "Hmm do you like looking up at me Samantha?"
You two didn't do many domination/submission games but it did feel right and natural.
"Y-yes" you respond nervously.
"While we are playing you should call me Mistress Tanya."
"Oh OK Mistress Tanya," you respond meekly.
Tanya strokes your face and murmurs, "Good girl."
Tanya then attaches a lead to your collar and pulls you toward the wooden support beam in the middle of the basement. She attaches the lead to the beam. She then backs away and tells you to try to get out of your restraints.
You can't move from the beam because the leash is short. You try to unhook the leash but because of the leather mitts on your hands you can't unhook it at all. You were stuck and Tanya's smile got bigger and bigger as she saw how effective the bondage was.
"Let me help you put on the last piece my sweet Samantha."
Tanya pulled out that last piece... a diaper.
She helped you put it on and you had to ask, "Uh Tanya what is this for?"
Your wife slapped your hard. "I told you to address me as Mistress."
You looked at your wife in shock. She laughed at the look on your face.
"I told you this is going to be some extended bondage and we don't want a mess on the floor so..."
Your eyes grew wide. "W-what? How long are you going to leave me like this??"
Tanya smirked, "Oh maybe a day or so, if your a big girl and manage not to make a messy I'll be impressed. Of course if you're just a little girl who has to make messes in her diaper I think we may have to make some updates to our living situation."
