“Alright, who should I target first?” Naruto thought on his way home. While in thought he heard noise coming from a training field. Naruto ran towards the noise when he saw team 8 leaving and got an idea on who to target when he heard, “all right why are you spying on my team Naruto.” He looked up and saw Kurenai glare at him. Naruto was silent for a minute when he heard “well I’m waiting.” She said. Thinking fast Naruto came up with a quick lie. “Well Sensei, I can to ask you something very important.” Still trying to come up with something Naruto said “ I need your help with asking Hinata out.” Kurenai look at him and frowned. “If this is some kind of joke then it’s not funny.” She looked at him trying to see if he was lying. “Look Naruto I don’t know what you want with her but…” before she could finish Naruto cut her off and said “Sensei I know you want to protect her and I have known about her crush on me, but the only reason I haven’t returned her feelings is because I don’t want people to treat her bad because of me.” Looking at Naruto Kurenai smiles and says, “it’s sweet that you want to protect her but she is a big girl and I can keep your secret when you start dating.” She said. Naruto thanked her and said “ thank you sensei. How about I walk you home as a thank you.” He looked at her and smiled. “Thank you Naruto and how about I make you something to eat since I bet you haven’t eaten anything yet.” Naruto thanks her and Inwardly smirked, “this is going better than I expected.” Naruto thought. Right when Kurenai was getting her key, when Naruto slipped the card between her ear. Before she could say anything Naruto quickly added chakra to the card and said “finally, thank you Kurenai for a great evening but I need you to use your skills to help me find more people to control. “Yes master” was all she before they went inside.
