Sir Garrett kept their pace slow disturbed by the jiggling of her breasts. The feeling sent ecstasy through her body. The sensitivity in her body must be one of the effects of the curse. She focused on the thought of defeating whatever dark force laid in the swamp. Sir Garrett and Albert travelled only to edge of the outskirts of the swamps at a crossroad before the sun began to hang low in the sky. Sir Garrett decided to have them camp down for the night. She wanted to be well rested for the task ahead. With a bit of effort, she swung her leg over Thunder and dropped to the ground. She grabbed her breasts to settle them from the bouncing. A shiver of pleasure cascaded down her spine. She took a minute to calm herself down before going over to Albert.
Albert busied himself fixing up a campsite for the pair of them when he a gravelly voice call out to them, “Hail, friends I am Gerald and I wonder if I might join you in your small camp for the evening? I am a travelling salesman of odds and ends. I would feel safer next to this godforsaken swamp with company. You can even have a look over my items if you want.” The sound of wagon wheels alongside the huffing of horses pierced the pervasive silence. Then they appeared turning around a curve in the northern road. Large draft horses pulling a covered wagon with an elderly man driving them.
Albert looked to Sir Garrett who nodded acceptance. Albert responded, “You are welcome to join us. My name is Albert and this is Olivia. We are just setting up if you have some fresh provisions we would be happy to purchase from you to fix a meal to share.” Sir Garrett whispered to Albert to take the lead so no one might find out about her condition.
“What brings a cute couple such as yourselves out here? A young couple eloping because your parents don’t understand. No fear I will say nothing, I believe in love nothing greater. It’s okay if you don’t wish to tell me I tend to prattle on if people are about. Normally, I only have my horses to talk to so please have patience with me. You look honest enough so feel free to look through my wears and if you like something I am sure we can come to an equitable agreement. Oh, I do happen to have some venison and vegetables how about your lady friend cook us up some stew.” The elder smiled while attending his horses.
“I would be happy to cook up some stew for us.” Sir Garrett grinned and went into the wagon to get the food out. A bunch of wooden chests filled the wagon with clothes of all types hanging from one end to the other. She soon found the food and put it in the pot Albert set up over the fire. She walked over to her saddle fishing out spices to add to the simmering pot. Sir Garrett often cooked as a squire for other knights of the silver griffin. She prided her ability to make a fair meal.
Albert wanting to avoid talking about himself and Sir Garrett asked, “So what sort of items do you have in your wagon?”
Gerald gave a wicked grin to Albert looking to see that the young woman tended the stew before whispering, “I have an amulet that will make any who you desire fall for you.” He then said louder, “My collection has dresses that will fit your female friend better than what she has now. Also, other magic trinkets you might find interesting.”
