The lonesome calf.

You approach the calf, walking slowly as not to startle it. As you get closer, you begin to notice how malnourished this calf looks. And for how young it seems to be, you would think its mother would be close by. It doesn't take long to close the distance between you, and soon your close enough to sit down and pet the calf. Upon doing so, the calf responds, and brings its shaking body closer too you. You know in the back of your mind that without its mothers care and nourishment, this calf won't live much longer. And so, out of love, you decide to...
