You take on some of the calf's qualities

What would happen is that you would grow a tail and have your ears change as well as having bigger breasts to boot. Thankfully that was all. Little did you know that it would also start altering the calf as well but to a much more extreme level. What it did was that it apparently started turning far more human like. When you woke up you saw how large your breasts were. You also felt the tail and how you could hear better too. Then you heard a voice. It was coming from within your belly. The now humanoid calf was saying, "Thanks for saving me mother. I knew I ran out of options which is why I entered you rather easily. If you're wondering what happened, well my
true mother died shortly after I was born." That explains why you didn't see its mother nearby, it apparently died shortly after the calf was born. The calf then said, "For some reason both of us have been altered in some way but I got altered quite a bit because now I look very human. By the way I don't have a name so what do you want to name me?" You could tell the voice was female so you named it Flora. It said that was a fitting name. You said your name was Luna to Flora. Flora said, "For now I should probably stay inside you until I feel like my body has gotten its body fat back completely." You knew that was a smart move so you let Flora stay inside you. Since it was dawn you decided to keep moving. You then notice a sign after a few hours saying there was a large town a few miles away. You were in another state (About four from the one that was where you fled from your family.) You then notice a kitten and wolf pup who clearly suffered a very similar fate to what Flora did as you were heading to the town where you can hopefully start anew. You did the same thing and felt your assets change again. This time you gained two tails and your ears changed to what looked like part wolf, part cat. You felt them alter as well and become human like as well. You named the kitten Felicia while the wolf pup was called Selena. They enjoyed that. Also you had your breasts grow even larger about two breasts worth. Obviously you now had what looked like 12 inside you but you still looked completely round. You then saw the town in sight. Upon entering the town your first thought was to...
