Red decided to eat a little of the spinach fir...

Red felt somewhat uneasy on what might be down the path to her grandmother's. She planned to ask her grandmother about the developing new path. But she was homesick to see her Grandmother.

Red knew that the spinach were for her grandmother. But Red also knew that she was free to take some too. Red wanted to feel safer too in spite of her knowing judo. She grabbed one handful of spinach and forced it down her mouth. It felt awful and gross. But Red managed to get it down her throat.

BLEAAAH. THAT TASTES SO BAD. She thought in her mind as she continued on her way. As she walked, Red noticed some changes in her muscles. Even though she did not grow, her muscles started to grow and she became stronger. And she felt far more alert and not tired. When she walked halfway, Red stopped to look at her flexed biceps. Smiling, she realized that her biceps was NOW
