You walk up to the owner, who is standing at the back of the store. you tap him on the shoulder, and catch his mind with a hypnotic stare as he turns around.
"Whenever you see me, you will lose all control of your bladder. When i snap my fingers, you will not remember me getting your attention, but will remember me buying a fiction book."

You leave the money for the book on the counter, and, as you leave snap your fingers. You ignore the store owners bewildered stare, as you walk past the window, but smiles as he yelps to wetting himself again.
