Joshua is a human, 18-year-old boy who has finally graduated from High School and plans to take it easy for a year before he moves on to university. In the meantime, he lives with his father, Eric and foxy mother, Danielle. Foxy mother...in a literal sense.
Ever since the existence of anthros and eventual coexistence, there was found to be a lot fo biological compatibility than thought before. In a way, anthros are just another form of humans. As such, it was possible for even anthros and humans to copulate.
That's exactly what happened with Eric and Danielle who found love with each other, then gave birth to their only son Joshua. Giving birth to a human is actually a hard requirement given the traditional 30% chance of turning out a furless being, but Danielle who had a human father provided a higher chance in her genes.
Regardless of how Joshua turned out, Danielle loved him dearly. To her, she only wanted the best and dotted on him excessively. Despite being 18 now, she has kept the same focus on her son as she has when he was a baby, with ferociously protective eyes. Today, that has left Joshua time to discover the lengths his mother will go to keep her foul close and whether he wants to leave for university at all.
