The feelings continue

The pain in your stomach is only the beginning. You see, the water you drank just now has certain "mystical properties". Over thousands of years, the animals in these parts have been drinking this water. By doing so, many have gained higher intelligence, as well as allowing them different, more "Vore-Like" reproductive abilities. Now, your body is beginning to react to the water. Since man has no immunity to the waters powers, the effects in your body are amplified. So what feels like a simple stomach ache to you is really:

A. Your body is changing its structure, allowing you to eventually be unbirthed by a new mother...

B. Your biology is changing. Soon, you will be a deer. You just don't know yet.
