As Steve stood in place with his back facing Bucky he was trying to figure out what would happen to him and why he made that stupid bet with Buk. While Steve was off in his own mind thinking of every possible embarrassing scenario Bucky was off on his own day dream wondering and plotting about all the things he was gonna do to his best friend. Then Bucky had figured it out! He placed his hands on Steve’s pants and quickly pulled them all the way down exposing Americas ass for the world to see Before Steve even knew what was happening he felt a slight cool breeze in between his thighs and looked down at his legs only to have his cheeks flush red from the poor choice of underwear as Bucky stood back up remarking to the embarrassed captain.
“wow Steve that’s a bit on the nose don’t you think” he laughed
“shut up I was planning on going for a swim later!” Steve said back in embarrassment
“sure you were. We’ll it’s only fitting for the king of tighty wighties to feel uncomfortable in anything that isn’t brief’s
” Bucky remarked with a smirk as Steve didn’t have an answer for that.
“We’ll I reckon we’ve wasted enough time don’t you!”said Bucky with a firm slap to Steve’s ass while he grabbed the waistband of the Speedo.
“WAIT!” Was all Steve could get out before the first wedgie in a long time was delivered to him.
