(Princess) Twilight standing next to her

"Good morning Princess," Twilight said in a very cheery tone of voice "Glad to see you are up." Celestia stammered to try to get a response with the feeling of her wet diaper pressing against her backside.
"Morning Twi-Twilight. What are you doing in my bed chamber anyway?" Celestia asked.
"It is laundry day and I thought I would be helpful and gather up the blankets from the beds." Twilight's horn began to glow as Celestia felt the blanket start to lift off of her. In a panic Celestia's horn glowed it's usual pinkish hue as she fought to keep the blanket covering her secret.
Twilight broke off her magic on the blanket and looked at the Princess with a stern expression, "Princess, are you hiding something?" Celestia felt a cold shiver go down her spine at the question. Before she could answer Celestia felt her bladder let go with a muffled hissing sound as her diaper absorbed her pee.
Twilight's face twisted and she began to sniff the air "Does something smell like, I don't know, almost like urine?" she asked. Sweat began to form on Celestia's brow as Twilight inched closer the the Princess.
"I don't smell anything." Celestia said, her eyes darting back and forth. Twilight stuck her nose into the blanket and sniffed. She slowly worked her way towards Celestia's crotch as she felt her nose hit something squishy, warm, and smelling like fresh urine.
Celestia's face was bright red as Twilight lifted her nose off of the blanket and looked at the Princess of the Sun, "Lift the blanket." Twi said in a tone that meant business. Celestia felt her heart sink as she lifted off the blanket revealing the soaked diaper that once had Celestia's cutie mark as a wetness indicator. That has since been washed away by her nighttime accident.
