Nicole reached Nathan's house, entered, and exchanged pleasantries and useless chatter.

She idly brought up the gun in her conversation. When she mentioned the growth/shrink setting, Nathan was intrigued.

"Let me see that thing." Nathan requested.

She handed the gun over with a fake roll of the eyes. Nathan quickly set the gun to ____ and fired.
