You is so happy you won the bet, you can imagine all the fun you will have.

"All right here are the rules:

1. You will be diapered 24/7
2. You must cry if you need to be changed
3. You eat whatever you are fed
4. No walking without permission
5. You are only allowed to speak in gibberish/baby-like talk
6. Duke is also in charge of you
7. If you fall out of line Mom and Dad have given me permission to punish you

The girls look at you dumbstruck and open mouthed

"No? Then let's begin" you say gesturing to the changing table

Neither twin moves so you grab Susan by the wrist and drag her to the table. You pick her up by the armpits (yes Johnny isn't a weakling) and lays Susan on the table. Susan is surprised at how strong her brother is. You then take off her lab coat then reach and pull Susan's skirt off revealing her panties. She instantly covers her crotch with her hands

"Move your hands baby Suzy you might as well get used to this" you say as you remove her hands and pull her panties down.

You grab a disposable diaper and place it under Susan. You then apply lotion rubbing it on Susan and use baby powder. Then you tape her diaper and bring her off the table and place her on the mat.

You bring Mary to the table and her lab coat, pants and panties off. Then you put lotion, a diaper and powder on her and place her on the mat with her twin. What should you do with them now?
