"Karen, while you're aloud to help yourself to snacks in the kitchen on shift, kindly make sure you've at least cleaned yourself up afterwards" Lily, Karen's boss and owner of the diner, said to her as she noticed the state of Karen's uniform, covered in sauce, something she found rather odd as Karen never ate while on shift, something she was always a bit annoyed about, it didn't say much about the places food if it's own staff didn't eat it, Karen being the skinniest staff member she had employed.
As Karen sauntered off, wiping herself down rapidly with her hotplate towel, Lily waddled back into the kitchen to see what it was Karen had decided to help herself to and more importantly see if anything was left for herself.
Weighing in at a chunky 250 pounds, Lily had inherited the diner from her aunt, who had passed away 8 years ago, in that time Lily had gone from a shy and reclusive 22 year old to a vivacious 30 year old, her blonde hair framed her chubby face, her fat doing a relatively good job of hiding her age and making her seem a good 4 years younger then she was, her belly poked ahead of her wherever she went as her large breasts struggled to be contained by her top, her ass and legs just as thick as the rest of her.
looking around the kitchen she couldn't see anything immediately missing/taken from the ready meals, but instead noticed a note that said "Do not serve" that had been cast away and just missed the bin, the piece of meat that it had accompanied missing and judging by the fact nothing else had been touched since Karen had been back her, most likely now resided in Karen's gut
"That cheeky bitch," Lily thought to herself "ignoring that note and eating the thing, apparently inedible now means, go ahead, eat me, i'm delicious, this should be fun to watch" Lily giggled, her chins and belly wobbling as she did so, as she waddled back out to the diner to see what hilarity would unfold to Karen
Annoyingly a whole shift later the only thing that Lily had noticed Karen to out of the ordinary was actually smile for once at her job, but she doubted that was down to the meat. as Karen left the diner and Lily began to close up shop she had an idea
"right well, if she's now started eating meat i've put aside to not be eaten, maybe i can start piling on some pounds to her, get her looking a bit more like she belongs in a BBQ joint" as she finished that thought she picked up the phone to order some more of that "inedible" meat
A week later (and after some minor protest from the company, declaring they couldn't sell it to her for public consumption, and lily having to sign off that it was for personal use only to a very confused looking delivery service) Lily had herself some more of that meat, she spent the evening cooking it up into various treats, pies, pot roasts and other meaty eatables before asking Karen during her shift the next day if she could hang back to help her close down after her shift.
So with just the two of them in the diner, Lily put her plan into action
"Hey Karen, i hope you don't mind but theres a load of uneaten extras, they'll just go to waste if i throw them out, and there's too much here for just little ol me, i'm trying to watch what i'm eating at the minute", (Lily noticed Karen's rather hurried attempt to stop herself from laughing at the last part and started feeling a lot less guilty about the whole plan) "so could you give me a hand eating it, you're looking a bit underfed dear"
"well, i would, but i'm trying to watch my figure as well, staying in shape at this job is starting to be a bit of a task and i don't wanna mess up my hard work" Karen began before she was cut off by Lily again
"well, it's just if you don't help i can't see you getting a lot of shifts next week, quite a lot of new staff are starting, and we need more experienced workers to work with them to train them on the job, and you unfortunetly don't fall into the experienced bracket, but if you help me out with this we can see about getting you a few more shifts"
Karen was inwardly fuming, she needed the shifts for her rent, student living didn't come cheap in this town and with her finals a semester away she couldn't exactly stop living in a house or set up shop in the library or worse still, move back on campus with all the freshmen, so after failing to think of a way out of it she agreed
the two of them stayed behind for another 2 hours as Karen scarfed down the food put in front of her, Lily occasionally helping herself to something that didn't contain the inedible meat, to keep the illusion up. seeing Karen's face while eating Lily was quite amused, as soon as the first bite had touched her lips Karen had gone from being a pouty bitch to being a ravenous machine, she was practically inhaling the food, her belly beginning to peek out more and more from under her shirt as she kept glutting herself on the food.
Eventually there was no more food to be had, and Karen rose from the table, looking 4 months pregnant with her food stuffed belly jutting out in front of her, she stifled a belch as she went to leave before turning around to ask about her work next week
"oh yes dear, we should be able to find something for you to do" Lily assured her, smiling as she let Karen out of the diner, noticing Karen's ass have just a bit more jiggle to it then normal as she walked off into the night.
"or something for you to eat..."
