"Brian" wakes up

I decided not to tell the doctor about the mix up before the real Allison and I had the chance to discuss the way of proceeding in private. Soon the doctor left the room to give me some rest, around 10 minutes later the real Allison slowly woke up, afraid that she might scream if she found out, was extremely changed I said in a calm tone "Allison please don't freak out, I will explain everything."

As I finished the explanation the real Allison said "Okay Brian what are we supposed to do now? There is probably no way to change things back to normal, so telling our parents about the mix up will only cause them pain. Maybe pretending to be the one we look like, is the best way to deal with this."
