The speed granted to you and the other soldiers by the exo-suits allowed your team to cover the few miles to the Zeck base in no time at all. It seemed everything was going better then anyone could of ever expected with the Zeck seemly still unaware of the attack they were currently under. There were currently thousands of human's breaking into their base though there wasn't much in the way of true defensive measures at least that you could tell. You could see squad leaders calling in over their coms to report the situation and most likely telling air support to hold off since all they could do was alert the enemy that humanity had made their way into their base.
You follow your squad as the larger groups of people started to break off each looking to find Zeck equipment to sabotage. It wasn't as if anyone really knew what this shield tech looked like so the plan was always to simply disable as much equipment as we could and hope for the best. The moment the light purple aura dropped command would call in the strikes and then it would be your job to get the hell out of there before this whole area was glassed with a dozen high yield thermo-nuclear bombs.
Your squad reached the side of one of the strange towering metal consoles controlling who knows what. A few of your squad start to work on cutting a hole though the wall of metal so all of you could get inside to the workings inside to cause a mess. As they cut though the rest of the squad including you had to be on alert watching for any Zeck which strangely you haven't seen yet. While the beach head was nearly 100 miles across due to their size you were surprised none had come into sight yet. Whatever the reason there were none around you hoped they stayed away a bit longer.
