"Who is that?" Vitani asked.
"It's Kiara." Kovu said.
"You know her?" Vitani asked.
"I met her once. She's suppose to be Simba's daughter." Kovu said to Vitani.
"Simba?" Vitani said shocked. "Then she is our enemy."
"Hold on." Kovu said. "She really not bad."
"Not bad? She is the daughter of Simba. The reason why we are all in the outlands." Vitani said.
While they were talking, Kiara happen to notice movement in the tall grass. She goes over there and see Kovu and Vitani.
"Kovu?" Kiara said.
"Oh. Hey Kiara." Kovu said.
"Hey to you. How have you been?" Kiara asked.
"Fine. Fine." Kovu said.
"Who's this?" Kiara asked looking at the other cub.
"Vitani. Kovu's sister." Vitani said not really in a nice tone.
"Nice to meet you." Kiara said smiling.
"Yeah. You too, but we got to go." Vitani said trying to drag her brother away from her.
"Gah! Sis! Come on." Kovu pleaded. "We don't have to go."
"Is something wrong?" Kiara asked.
"No. Nothing's wrong." Vitani said.
At that moment, Kovu and Vitani's stomachs both growled in hunger. Kovu's was louder.
"Hehehe! Sounds like you guys are hungry." Kiara said.
"Ma...maybe." Kovu said not wanting to admit it.
"Doesn't matter. There isn't much food where we are from." Vitani said.
"I know a great spot to get some food, if you want to come." Kiara said.
"Really?" Kovu said excited.
"Hold on." Vitani said pulling Kovu away to talk to him in private."What if this is a trap?"
"You're paranoid." Kovu said. "She wouldn't do that. Plus I'm starving. What do we got to lose?"
Deep down, Vitani knew he was right. She looked at Kiara and she looked nice enough.
"Fine. Lead the way uhhh....." Vitani said not remembering Kiara's name.
"It's Kiara." She responded. "Vitani, right?"
"Yes." Vitani said.
"Good. Now we are friends." Kiara said happily.
"Umm...friends? I don't think...." Vitani said unsure.
"Come on. Let's go." Kiara said.
"Move it sis." Kovu said with a smirk.
"*sign* I have a feeling about this." Kiara said.
So leading the way, Kiara toke Kovu and Vitani to a....
