He regressed every teenager to a younger age

"Why not regress these kids?" Thought this mysterious magical being, "If they are not teenagers, then they cannot stop me, can they?"

And why not make them little kids again? They would be helpless and frail, in no position to lead an army and stop the plan that had been in motion for thousand and thousand of years!

And so, he casts the spell, and slowly, the spell made its way throughout this entire small town.
