Alex felt a sharp pain radiating from his abdomen, he held his stomach groaning. Soon his whole body began to ache. “Oh shit, it’s happening I think it’s actually happening.”
Alex rolled off of the bed and onto the floor. He began to slowly dwindle down vanishing into his clothing. “It hurts when will it stop.”
The pain slowly subsided as he stopped shrinking. Alex stood up running out of his oversized T-shirt. “It finally happened I actually shrank.” Alex walked under his bed, heading to his safe house he had been preparing for this occasion.
Alex walked through a hole in the baseboard. Arriving In his safe house. He sighed flipping the light switch. Alex had spent a year building his safe house in secret, not even his mother knew about it.
Alex sat in his armchair looking at the ceiling. “So glad I made furniture last month.” Alex had everything he needed to stay hidden for a few months if he wanted to.
Alex was comfortable in his living room while his family's booming footsteps could be heard outside. Alex was glad he invested his time building this inside the wall.
