Sitting down in a hollow between two low buildings you focus about a quarter of your Nanocells into a cluster that starts roaming around the body, slowly re-configuring body cells composition and location to alter the body shape. Once the shifting units are moving and functioning inside your new body you attempt to find a suitable body plan. You have several body shapes in your database from accessing the scientists computer. Quite a lot of these are of naked women, enough different angles that you can get a fairly good anatomical body plan. In the end you pick three and average the results, so you will not resemble one person that might be in a human database.
To match the body plan you chosen you will need significant organic matter to build more body mass. In waste disposal containers nearby you find sufficient material for your needs and begin to break it down and absorb the organic residue to build more body cells. Soon the torso starts to lengthen a couple of inches, legs get a little thinner, but slightly longer, thighs and rump swell a little, mammary glands swell more, stretching the hospital gown quite tightly. Facial features become a little smoother, the eyes move apart an eighth of an inch, lips become a little wider and fuller, and the hair puffs up and lengthens.
The whole process takes over three days, but you think you are learning. Although your Nanocells take considerable time to rearrange your organic components it is possible to get the organic cells to adjust themselves, and this would be much faster. You cluster a small group of Nanocells around a non-essential group of organic cells to begin testing what needs to be done for that.
In the meanwhile your appearance is now totally different from before, enough that you will not be recognized. During the transformation your Nanocells took in atmospheric moisture to keep your body from getting thirsty, and the inflowing organic matter you were using to rebuild stopped you from being hungry. Now it is finished hunger is most certainly a problem. You could simply absorb more organic matter from the trash receptacles... but somehow this seems distasteful now.
