Yin was laying on the couch in the apartment she shared with Hei. It had been two weeks since Hei had freed her from the influence of Izanami. This had led to her finally regaining all of the emotions and thought processes that had been taken from her when she was turned into a doll by the gates. For some strange reason, Yin had been given far more than had been taken from her. Her intelligence and mental activity was at the level it would be if she had graduated from college with a PhD, even though she was to young to have actually done so. Furthermore, she had the knowledge she would have gained if that degree had been focused around studying Contractors and relevant neurology. With this knowledge, Yin had quickly learned that Hei had been very selective about what he had removed from her. Hei had taken only the Izanami itself, and left Yin with all of its incredible power still inside her. She had retained the ability to force Contractors to suicide, and suck out a person's soul if they were either close to her, or in her line of sight. Her specter still had human form, could interact with the environment, and be summoned without a medium. She had also mysteriously gained the ability to manipulate water. She hadn't had to use these abilities yet, and she was to distracted to train much anyway.
The reason she was distracted was both simple, and wonderful. Three days ago, Hei had married her, becoming more important to her than ever. There was a small problem that was nagging her though. In three days of marriage, she had not had sex with Hei even once. He hadn't even asked, and she knew why. She was as flat as a board, and she hated it.
