Let her do it, how bad can it be?

The women pushes you in, and you are instantly blinded by the sudden flash of bright lights. After your eyes get used to it, you come to complete disbelief to what you see. Everyone in this room looks pregnant. You think this is normal until you see that some of the "pregnant-looking" people are still teenagers, and some are even younger than you!

Other than that, everything still looks normal (what's wrong with a room full of pregnant people, anyway), until of course you realise that they aren't really pregnant. Well, they are, but not in the way you'd expect. You notice a bunch of young women with other people next to them. As you watch closely, the women seem to be inserting those people into their private zones. As you watch, the peoples' heads start disappearing inside them, then their shoulders, their waists and finally their legs, until they are now completely inside the women, giving them their pregnant appearance. You almost feel like throwing up (well you are 7 years old, so...), but then the nurse speaks up.

What does she say?
