You walk into a delivery room where a new born baby and mother were and both asleep. You grab the infant and shove it carefully back inside it's mother, then follow it inside.

No one figured it out but the mom. She regresses you both and calls a nurse and asks if her baby is ok. The nurse says I don't see your baby. The mom asks to see if she's crowning. The nurse nods, and as her head was near your new mother's vagina she shoves the nurse in.

With a happy sigh, she pats her belly. Triplets at last.
