You are the first test of the day to a woman with no eggs in inside her. The thought is that if you become her baby, she may start to make eggs of her own.

As you regress, before you get too young, you spill your sperm inside her and make yourself a beautiful daughter and as guessed she did manage to release two more eggs. One is right next to you, fertile and a little sister to you now. The other one stayed in the fallopian tube and splits between both ovaries, then fills them to the bursting point
