Mimi tries to find another way into her room

June: sorry, my dear, I really don't know where it is

(Mimi: I'm sure she does, but wherever she hid it, I cannot find it. And I need some clothes and my books, I've got to study and get presentable.
But what should I do? Probably she has locked her door as well, so I need to get in my room through the window. I could either get in the courtyard, reach the shed and get the foldable ladder or go to the roof.
If I go in the courtyard, I will be outside but protected by the fence. Viceversa, if I choose the roof I will be far away from any stranger, but I would be far more exposed to view)
