A Puppet Regime

Delilah was never happy that the mayor of the town was a man, Thomas Kent. Delilah picked this specific neighborhood to turn into MILF City USA because she thought everything about it was perfect. The houses, the people, the local shops and restaurants, all perfect living for MILFs like her and the boys she transformed. But the problem of a male mayor was always something that bugged her.
Delilah smiled as she knew she could finally take the steps to make that one blemish go away. Not only had she found a way to get rid of Thomas Kent, but she also found a way to use the necklace to put a new mayor in power without anybody noticing.
Delilah obviously did not want to put herself in power. Even with the power of the necklace, people would notice, and become suspicious. She had already made her mark on this town, being a well known and popular member of it, and the people of town would know that she's not exactly mayor material. She couldn't risk ever having her perfect world come crashing down.
But you… Delilah has had her eye on you for quite some time. You seemed like the perfect candidate to be transformed into a mayor that she could control, that she could get to enact laws that benefited the many MILFs of this town. You had all the qualities that would translate well to being a puppet mayor when your transformation was complete.
