The Ultimate Transmogrifier

A 22 year old mechanical genius stepped back from his latest invention with a confident grin. He'd just made the finishing touches to it, and was ready to test it.

The massive chamber-like device took up most of the room. Connected to it was a console with an intricate system of settings, complicated enough so that right now only Tails himself could figure it out. The only facet of the machine that was probably discernible to the average Joe was the Chaos Emerald set on the ceiling inside the machine like a lightbulb. His Ultimate Transmogrifier was complete. A device made to cause full physical and mental changes to anyone within the chamber.

Now, all he needed was a test subject...
