Change the gender's roles in dating and love life. For example, girls have to ask guys out, for prom and even propose to guys instesd of men. Girls pick guys up for dates. Guys walk down the aisle. Girls pay and buy drinks for guys. Girls come up to guys with pick up lines instead of guys. Girls are expected to do the first moves.
Nothing else changes, same clothes, bodies, and personalities for the most part.
